for the next two months. This consists of weekly walks in South East Wales; these are usually between 4 and 12 miles in length.
The Taff Ely (Llantrisant) Ramblers Group, now with more than 180 members, was formed in 1993. The Group promotes rambling, protects rights of way, campaigns for access to the open country and defends the beauty of the countryside.

Maintaining the local footpath network is a priority. Some of our volunteers undertake practical footpath work to help maintain the local footpath network.

We have a national reputation for our friendly welcome and relaxed attitude on our walks and new walkers are always welcome. So come and enjoy the Countryside in the friendly company-of fellow walkers.

If you are interested in a Walk in the Llantrisant area then the group has published two series of Circular Walks Guides.

In November 2001 the group held a walk to fix a plaque in memory of Rod McKenzie.
