Walks: It is important to have suitable footwear. It is also essential to have with you AT ALL TIMES, wet weather clothing, warm clothers etc.

Refreshments: Bring enought food & drink for a coffee break, lunch & afternoon breaks on full day walks.

Weather: In case of bad weather the walk route can be changed at the discretion of the Leader.

Dogs: Please contact the walk leader to see if you can bring your dog. All dogs must be kept under control and be appropriately vaccinated.

Liability: Whilst leaders will take every care for safety of walkers, the group can accept no liability for injury. Please satisfy yourself that you are fit and well enough equipped for the walk you join.

Easy: Walks for anyone who does not have a mobility difficulty or a specific health problem or is seriously unfit. Suitable for pushchairs if they can be lifted over occasional obstructions. Comfortable shoes or trainers can be worn.

Leisurely: Walks for reasonably fit people with at least a little country walking experience. May include unsurfaced rural paths. Walking boots and warm, waterproof clothing recommended.

Moderate: Walks for people with country walking experience and a good level of fitness. May include some steep paths and open country. Walking boots and warm waterproof clothes essential.

Strenuous: Walks for experienced country walkers with an above average fitness level. May include hills and rough country. Walking boots and warm, waterproof clothes essential. People in doubt about their fitness should contact the leader in advance
